SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES WITH IAAP

IAAP is the world’s largest membership association comprised entirely of administrative professionals. Administrative professionals play a key role in the successful day to day operations of business and industry. The IAAP mission is dedicated to improving workplace performance through providing administrative professionals with the information, skills, and professional development needed in today’s competitive business environment.

The IAAP Sponsorship Programs were designed with the intent of building business alliances in support of the profession through customized marketing packages. The programs provide a unique opportunity for any business or organization to partner with IAAP members throughout the year or targeted venues of interest.

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS
Corporate sponsorships provide maximum exposure to IAAP members and constituents throughout the entire year. The Corporate Sponsorships contain bundled marketing opportunities creating a high level of visibility to the 28,000 IAAP members and the administrative professional community. Each of the Corporate Sponsorships consists of a comprehensive package that includes IAAP print and electronic advertising, participation in the annual convention, and a presence on the IAAP website. Corporate sponsorships range in price from $19,200 to $39,400.

CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIPS
The Conference Sponsorships were developed to provide exposure to a company that is looking to align itself with one or more of the Association’s key conferences that are held at different times throughout the year. These targeted sponsorships are tied to the direct support of a specific conference function. IAAP has four key Conferences that are held throughout the year (listed below) and prices range from $1,000 to $25,000:

International Education Forum and Annual Meeting offers a variety of educational workshops and networking opportunities with approximately 1,800 members in attendance. The Education Forum is held in late July or early August.

Professional Education Conference is held each spring and is a two and a half days of intensive education and training. Attendance is approximately 300 administrative professionals.

Certification Conference is held each fall and is an opportunity for attendees to continue their education during the two and a half days of training. Attendance is approximately 300 administrative professionals.

Incoming Division Presidents Conference is held each spring for incoming Association leadership. The two day session is focused on leadership development, information exchange and training. Attendance is approximately 50 members.
